About us
Stackwise Consulting was founded on a simple observation: most companies don't have a technology problem, they have a technology decision problem.
Our story
Stackwise started in 2018 after our founder spent a decade inside enterprise software programmes and kept seeing the same pattern in smaller companies: capable leadership teams making six-figure technology decisions with almost no independent advice available to them.
The market is set up against them. Vendors sell. Resellers earn margin on what they recommend. Implementation partners profit from complexity. Very few people in the room are paid simply to give the business owner the right answer.
That's the seat we occupy. We take no money from software companies, we work to a fixed and transparent scope, and we stay until the system is genuinely being used — because a platform nobody adopts is just an expensive subscription.
Today we advise SMB and mid-market businesses across manufacturing, logistics, professional services, healthcare and field operations — usually founders, managing directors and operations leaders who are time-poor and want a partner rather than a proposal.
To give every business owner access to the quality of technology advice that used to be reserved for the enterprise — independent, rigorous and grounded in commercial reality.

Our values
They shape who we hire, which engagements we accept, and the advice we give when it isn't what a client hoped to hear.
Every recommendation starts with a commercial outcome — revenue, margin, capacity or risk — never with a product.
No commissions, no referral fees, no reseller agreements. Our only incentive is the one you're paying us for.
We measure ourselves on adoption and results after go-live, not on documents delivered or hours logged.
Fixed scope, clear fees, and honest advice — including when the honest advice is that you don't need us.

Founder & Principal Consultant

Director, Integration & Automation
Former solutions architect who has delivered over a hundred integrations between finance, operations and customer platforms across the mid-market.
Director, Change & Adoption
Specialist in the human side of rollouts — training, communications and the operating rhythms that make a new system stick after week four.
Lead Advisor, AI & Data
Focuses on practical, governed automation: finding the workflows where AI genuinely returns hours, and putting the guardrails around them.
Our methodology
We borrow the discipline of enterprise programme management and strip out the overhead that smaller businesses can't absorb. The result is a method that produces defensible decisions without burying your team in documentation.
Typically 2–3 advisors per engagement
We interview the people doing the work, not just the people buying the software. The gap between the two is usually where value is lost.
Weighted scorecards, scripted demos, reference calls and five-year cost models. Decisions you can defend to a board or a bank.
Training, incentives and process changes are designed alongside the technical build, not bolted on the week before launch.
We agree the metrics up front and review them after go-live. If the numbers don't move, the work isn't done.
