Stackwise Consulting ("Stackwise", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website, enquires about our services, or engages us as a client. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.

This policy applies to our website, our marketing communications, and the personal data we process in the course of delivering consulting engagements. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which operate under their own policies.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Stackwise Consulting is the data controller of personal data collected through this website and through our client relationships. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of an engagement — for example during a data migration — we act as a data processor under the terms of the relevant services agreement.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Analytics and technical logs: typically 14–26 months.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to certain processing; request portability of data you provided to us; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update the effective date above and, where changes are material, provide a more prominent notice.
