On published pay-as-you-go pricing, verifying 10,000 emails costs $11.90 with Reoon, $50 with NeverBounce and $129 with ZeroBounce. That makes Reoon about 4 times cheaper than NeverBounce and about 11 times cheaper than ZeroBounce at that volume. All three state 99%-plus accuracy or deliverability figures on their own sites, but those are vendor claims. We haven't run an accuracy test, so price and features are the fair basis for comparison here.

All prices were read on the vendors' own pricing pages and the AppSumo deal page on 20 October 2026. Check them again before you buy, because verification pricing changes often.

The per-1,000 figures are simple division. For example, $129 ÷ 10 = $12.90 per 1,000. ZeroBounce has the steepest volume discount (from $12.90 down to $6.49 per 1,000), but at 100,000 it still costs about 5.6 times Reoon's price ($649 ÷ $116.40).

What do the subscription plans cost?

All three also sell recurring plans:

  • Reoon Daily Credits: from $9 a month for 500 credits per day. If you used every daily credit for 30 days, that's 15,000 verifications, or $0.60 per 1,000. The catch is the daily cap: a single 10,000-email list takes 20 days to get through on 500 a day.
  • NeverBounce Growth: $49 a month for up to 10,000 emails, plus extras such as automatic CRM sync, AI lead scoring and 200 AI-picked new leads a month.
  • ZeroBounce ONE: $99 a month, or $948 a year, including 10,000 validations plus 10,000 email-finder credits, 100 inbox placement tests, 10 blacklist monitors and 250 warmup seeds. ZeroBounce says annual billing saves 20%.

So the subscriptions aren't like-for-like. ZeroBounce ONE is a deliverability bundle. NeverBounce Growth is verification plus CRM sync and lead tools. Reoon's daily plan is plain verification capacity.

What's the yearly cost for a typical agency? Two worked examples

Example A: 10,000 verifications a month (120,000 a year)

  • Reoon: twelve 10K packs at $11.90 = $142.80 a year. Daily credits ($9 × 12 = $108) would cover up to 182,500 a year (500 × 365) if you verify steadily.
  • Reoon on AppSumo: one $79 code includes 100,000 lifetime credits plus 500 daily credits, which covers this whole year for $79. The deal page showed 4.93 stars from 756 reviews (Reoon on AppSumo).
  • NeverBounce: Growth at $49 × 12 = $588 a year. Pay as you go, 100K ($400) + 25K ($125) = $525 for 125,000 credits, used within the 12-month expiry.
  • ZeroBounce: ONE annual at $948 a year, which includes the extra deliverability tools. Pay as you go, 100K ($649) + 25K ($274) = $923 for 125,000 credits.

Example B: a one-off clean of a 50,000-email list

  • Reoon: $58.95
  • NeverBounce: $250
  • ZeroBounce: $499

Here the question is whether the extra $191 to $440 buys you something you'll use, such as a particular integration, an inbox placement test or compliance paperwork.

What do the vendors claim about accuracy?

These are vendor statements, quoted from their own sites on 20 October 2026. We haven't checked any of them.

  • ZeroBounce: "99.6% Validation Accuracy Guaranteed" on its pricing page.
  • Reoon: "over 99% accuracy for verified emails of mixed quality" on its product page.
  • NeverBounce: its homepage talks about deliverability rather than accuracy: "Deliver up to 99.9% of your emails with confidence." We didn't find a separate accuracy percentage on its pricing page.

These numbers aren't comparable. Each vendor defines and measures them differently, and none of them publishes a shared test set. Your own lists are the only test that matters. Our suggested method: take a sample of about 1,000 addresses that includes some known bounces, run it through each tool's free credits, and compare how many come back "unknown" or "catch-all" as well as how many are marked invalid.

Which one fits which team?

  • Reoon fits cost-sensitive agencies and marketers who verify regularly and mostly need clean lists. It's the cheapest by a wide margin at every volume we checked, and the instant credits don't expire. Our Reoon deal breakdown covers the lifetime option in detail.
  • NeverBounce fits teams who want verification wired into their CRM or automations without building it, and who'd use the Growth plan's sync. Watch the 12-month credit expiry on pay as you go.
  • ZeroBounce fits teams who want verification and deliverability monitoring in one bill. ONE makes most sense if you'd otherwise pay separately for inbox placement tests or blacklist monitoring.

Whichever you pick, verification is one part of email hygiene. Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), opt-in practices and sending volume matter as much. Use verifiers on lists people agreed to join, and follow the email rules where you and your recipients are based.

FAQ

Which is cheapest: Reoon, ZeroBounce or NeverBounce?

On published pricing checked 20 October 2026, Reoon is cheapest at every volume we compared: $11.90 for 10,000 emails, against $50 for NeverBounce and $129 for ZeroBounce. At 100,000 emails the figures are $116.40, $400 and $649.

Is ZeroBounce's 99.6% accuracy guarantee independently verified?

Not that we could find. It's ZeroBounce's own claim on its pricing page. Reoon claims over 99% accuracy, and NeverBounce talks about up to 99.9% deliverability. Test each tool on a sample of your own list before you rely on any of these numbers.

Do email verification credits expire?

It depends on the vendor. Reoon says its instant credits never expire. NeverBounce says pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase. ZeroBounce says credits don't expire while you have an active ONE subscription, and that the rules otherwise vary by account.

Is ZeroBounce ONE worth $99 a month?

It's worth it if you'll use the bundled tools: 10,000 validations plus email finder credits, inbox placement tests, blacklist monitors and warmup seeds. If you only need verification, the same 10,000 validations cost $11.90 with Reoon or $50 with NeverBounce on pay as you go.

Did Stackwise test the accuracy of these verifiers?

No. This comparison uses published pricing, features and the vendors' own accuracy claims, which we label as claims. Use the free credits each vendor offers to run your own sample test.
